Meet Our Founder
Dana Hizkiya is the sole owner and Chief Executive Officer of Next Generation Management & Accounting Services. With a master’s degree in business, a Community Association Manager license, and certification to teach the DBPR Pre-Licensing course for aspiring community association managers, Dana brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong passion for education to her leadership role. She also teaches continuing education and board certification courses for community association professionals and volunteer leaders.
Dana began her career in financial management before transitioning into the community association management industry, where she gained valuable experience working with one of the largest management companies in South Florida. Her background in both finance and association management gave her a unique perspective on the challenges boards and communities face.
In 2012, Dana founded Next Generation Management & Accounting Services with a clear vision: to partner with Board Members who are equally committed to their communities and to provide practical, forward-thinking solutions to real-world challenges.
Today, Dana continues to lead NGMA with a focus on service, education, innovation, and building strong partnerships with the communities the company serves.
